Home-cooked dishes that change each night at the long shared table. There’s always a vegetarian option.
Start of the day
A warm spread as the Sapa mist drifts down the valley: fresh, homemade and unhurried every morning. Included in all stay packages.
On-site restaurant
Our on-site restaurant — open from morning to cocktail hour; Vietnamese and European cuisine.
H'mong tradition
the indigo that binds us
For the H'mong people, indigo blue is more than just a colour.
It’s the thread that holds clothing, identity and the village together.
Hand-dyed and passed down through generations — somewhere between the sky and the earth.
Our home is furnished with hand-woven H’mong textiles; this indigo lives in every corner.

Peaceful, relaxing and close to nice trekking spots. The home-cooked dinner was absolutely delicious — the only downside is that I didn't stay longer!
Great value and a very social environment. You can see that Chin Chin genuinely cares and was always there to make us feel welcome. Will definitely return!
Excellent bed, great food, helpful staff. Chin Chin is very knowledgeable and puts on an excellent family dinner.
Everything was wonderful! They sort absolutely everything out for you — washing, transport, food, tours. Our favourite stay in three months of travel.
Honestly the best food I've ever tasted in Vietnam — authentic, fresh and perfectly seasoned. They treated me like family. One night was definitely not enough!
The hosts made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were blown away by the delicious family dinner — authentic and amazing. A must-stay!
The most hospitable place I've visited in Vietnam. I was welcomed with a soothing cup of hot tea, and they kept checking I was comfortable. A true gem in Sapa.
We arrived after 11pm, exhausted and starving, and they went straight to the kitchen to cook us a late meal. They don't just give you a room; they take care of you.
A quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle. Waking up to the mist-shrouded landscape with a hot cup of tea in the cool Sapa air — a complete, memorable experience.
Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. Chin Chin is a truly strong woman with an inspiring story. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Highly recommend!
Everything is fantastic — right across from the most beautiful part of Ta Van. Spotlessly clean, the care from Chin Chin and her lovely family, and delicious food and breakfast.
The place, the welcome, the meals… Chin Chin is a wonderful woman. Honestly, this is THE place to stay in Sapa!
Chin Chin is incredible and so generous. The homestay is perfectly located in the middle of the rice fields. I recommend the family dinner, where she shares the story of her village.
Everything was great — we were practically the only ones there. It's basic but really nice, and the showers are great. A good place for a night or two :)
A home away from home. It felt so homely, and Chin Chin and her family were so welcoming — beautiful home, beautiful family, beautiful scenery.
An absolute highlight for me and my partner. Chin Chin is an inspiration, and our room had a beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains.
If you don't stay here, you're missing out! Chin Chin and her staff truly care about every guest. If you want to feel like part of the family, stay here.
The best homestay we've stayed at in Vietnam. They share their culture and daily life, and the family dinner is a must. I definitely recommend it!
The owners were very nice and hospitable.
Chin Chin goes above and beyond — she even coordinated my Fansipan trek. Clean, perfectly situated, with easy access to great trekking spots.
The highlight of my trip. The family dinner felt like a true home-cooked feast and the perfect place to meet fellow travellers. You arrive a guest and leave family.
I arrived a traveler and left feeling like family. I spent afternoons learning about Batik and hearing stories no guidebook could tell — a real bond with the Hmong community.
The owner and her family are so kind; we had great times at the family dinner and the food is very good. The rooms are basic, but I needed nothing more — and it's very cheap.
Warm family hospitality. A kind invitation to the shared dinner, wonderful cooking, and valuable tips for travelling around northern Vietnam.
Everything was a delight. Lovely family, delicious and plentiful food, a cosy room and clean bathrooms. The stay is absolutely worth it.
An authentic homestay with a real glimpse into Hmong culture. Chin Chin is a very strong woman who welcomed us warmly, and the family dinner was excellent.
A homely place with a kind, interesting host who speaks excellent English. She welcomed us and told us about herself and the culture. In a village outside Sapa with a beautiful view.
Chin Chin is an inspiring woman and so kind, as is the rest of the staff.
